David Woodgate: Lowland Rescue in Oxfordshire
Our next lunch is set for August 7th and the speaker is David Woodgate (Trustee and Past Chair of OxSAR). David will talk about Lowland Rescue in Oxfordshire, a not-for-profit charity who in 2022 were involved in 600 rescues and honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2019. In addition, we can also offer an excellent lunch of:
Herb Roasted Chicken – with lemon and thyme butter, served with spring vegetables and buttered new potatoes GF
Vegan Wellington – served with roasted broccoli and carrots, crushed new potatoes and vegan gravy VE
Chocolate Brownie with ice cream or Fresh Fruit Salad
Plus of course friendly conversation and a chance to win a bottle of wine. Members and guests will be welcome from 11.45am.
